Summer RI workshop

Welcome to FSU! This website is meant to make the Summer R workshop a little bit easier. On this page, I will describe what each section of the website is meant for. If you have any questions, feel free to email me, but please check here first, most of the answers to questions like “where is x” will be answered on here.

Course Materials

The Course Materials page will have all the materials for each day of the class. This includes whatever slides I use, example code, and so on.

Homework

As the name suggests, this page will have the homeworks for each day of the class. You will also submit your homework via the dropbox links at the end of each homework.

Data

The Data page is where you can find the data we will be using for the class. The data is hyperlinked into the heading of each section. Underneath the heading there will be some code to help you read the data into R.

Additional Resources

Given that the course is only three days, we realistically can only do so much. On the Additional Resources page, you can find links to some other resources to help make learning R a little easier.

2023 Course Materials

This course has changed slightly over time as I have taught it. This section has all of the materials (and homeworks) from the previous iteration of the class (there is a lot of overlap between the two, but it might be worth looking over).
